A Hot Chocolate Christmas

I used the wonderful artwork called Marshy & Tree by Cuddly Rigor Mortis which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase these tubes from CDO  which can now be found here  

I am using a beautiful scrapkit called Holly Jolly Christmas which is PTU by Gimtastic Scraps and can be found at The PSP Project here

Mask of Choice I used WeeScotslass WSL17 which can be found here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper3 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group. 

Open reindeer copy & paste to your image and place on the left bottom of your mask  

Open HoHoHo copy & paste to your image and place at the top of your mask on the right

Open Elf Hat and copy & paste to your image and place it on the top of your tag next to santa

Open gifttag copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom right of your book

Open poinsettia copy & paste to your image and place it on the right just below the gifttag

Open fence copy & paste to your image 

Open tree copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of the fence

Open your tube1 of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 75%) and place it on the right side bottom of your tree

Open gifts copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place next to tube #1

Open lantern copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the bottom right of tube 1

Open milk & cookies copy & paste to your image resize by 50%  and place on the bottom on the right side gift

Open your tube2 of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 50%) and place on the left end of the fence

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube santa or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Do You Believe in Santa?

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper5 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  I applied DSB Flux Bright Noise with the following settings to the mask

Open garland copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of your mask at the bottom

Open holly copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your mask

Open lights and copy & paste to your image and place across your garland

Open tree copy & paste to your image and place it in the top left corner of the mask

Open frame2 copy & paste to your image and  take your magic wand and click inside the frame with the following settings 

Make sure your click above and below the ribbon Then go to selections modify and expand with the following settings 

Open paper3 and copy & paste to your image then do to selections invert  then hit delete move this paper layer below your frame Add DSB Flux bright noise with the same settings as above to your paper Hit selections none  Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image (I used the larger tube for this)  and place the tube under your frame. On your tube layer use your magic wand with the same setting as above and click anywhere on the image then go to selections selections invert Your tube should have the selections around it then go to float then defloat go to your frame layer and at the top of the frame take your eraser tool and erase the part of the frame that is covering your tube then selections select none  Take your eraser tool and erase any other part but the top of the tube that is showing outside your frame

Open candle copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it  on the bottom left corner of your frame

Open present copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place at the bottom of your candle

Open present2 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place to the left of your present

Open present copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place to the right of your present

Open deer copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom of your tree

Open star copy & paste to your image resize by 50%  and place at the top right corner of your frame

Open cane copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place at the top right corner of your frame

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open pp9 and copy & paste to your image then do to selections invert  then hit delete move this paper layer below your frame  Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image (I used the larger tube for this)  and place the part of the tube your want to show inside the frame then hit delete selections none  move this layer below your frame Go to effect porcelain with the following settings

 and apply to your tube layer

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not resize) and place on the left side of your frame

Open 3 copy & paste to your image and place it o the right bottom side of your mask

Open 36 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on the top part of the heel of the boot

Open 4 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the frame just above the top of the boot

Open 37 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place at the bottom of your tube

Open 77 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the right side of element 37

Open 33 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom between your boot & glass

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Go back to your poinsettia2 layer duplicate and move the duplicate in the middle of your 2 pinebranches

Open ice flowers copy & paste to your image and place between the top poinsettia2 and the feather

Open candle2 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right corner of your mask

Open leaf2 copy & paste to your image and place on top of your branch to the right of the tree

Open frame 4 copy & paste to your image resize by 80% and place at the top between the tree and the poinsettia2 (it will cover some of these elements)  take your magic wand and click inside the frame with the following settings

 Then go to selections modify and expand with the following settings

Open paper8 and copy & paste to your image then do to selections invert  then hit delete move this paper layer below your frame  Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image and place the part of the tube your want to show inside the frame then hit delete selections none  move this layer below your frame Go to effect porcelain with the following settings 

and apply to your tube layer

Open bow1 copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of the left side of your frame

Open rocking horse copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your mask on top of the candle

Open slipper copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the bottom of your tree trunk

Open iceskates copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the left side of your rockinghorse

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not resize) and place on the left side of your tree

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube squirrel or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open train copy & paste to your image and place across the top of your string of lights on the bottom 

Open penguin copy & paste to your image resize by 50%  and place on top of the train engine cab  

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right side of your image in front of the tree and sitting on the end of the train

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube penguin or anything you would like to!

Open bottles2 copy & paste to your image and place it on top of your dress & bottle near the bottom

Open leaves5 copy & paste to your image and place it in the top left corner of your mask

Open leaves4  copy & paste to your image and place just below leaves5

Open leaves3 copy & paste to your image and place below leaves4

Open frame 8 copy & paste to your image resize by 150% and then free rotate 90 degrees and place so that it starts by your wheel and covers half of the wheel  Take your magic wand and click inside the frame with the following settings 

 Go to selections modify and use the following settings

Open paper8 copy & paste to your image and hit selections invert then delete selections none

Open sparkles1  copy & paste to your image (this will be under the frame layer) 

Open cutain2 copy & paste to your image and place on top of the paper layer under your frame

 Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 55%) and place under your frame layer

Open mask copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your image

Duplicate your tube layer x2 and move down behind the mask placing the eyes of each duplicate in the openings of the mask Take your eraser tool and erase all of the tubes showing outside the openings

Open shoe copy & paste to your image and place next to the left side of the mask

Open blingswirl1 copy & paste to your image and place so that the top part of the bling is on the left bottom corner of your gold frame

Open butterfly copy & paste to your image resize by 75% free rotate by 45 degrees and place on the left side of the bling

Open sparkle3 copy and paste to your image and place on the left side of your frame

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, chest or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Crisp Autumn

I used the wonderful artwork called Nata by Alex Prihodko which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase his tubes from PicsForDesign which can now be found here  

I am using a beautiful scrapkit called Season of Change which is PTU by Gimtastic Scraps and can be found at The PSP Project here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper5 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group. 

Open fence copy & paste to your image and place on the top in the middle of your mask 

Open pinebranch copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and flip horizontal the duplicate place one on each end of the bottom of the fence

Open wheel and copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of the fence

Open petals copy & paste to your image and place it on the right side of your fence

Open branch copy & paste to your image and place across the top of your fence starting at the second board

Open birdhouse copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your fence

Open lantern copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the bottom left of the fence

Open mushroom copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of the bottom of the birdhouse

Open frame2 copy and paste to your image and place at the bottom on your mask  Taking you magic wand with the following setting click inside each of the frame opening go to selections modify and expand with the following setting  Now open paper7 copy & paste to your image go to selections invert and them hit delete  move this layer below your frame selection select none

Open you image of choice resize if need and then duplicate x1 and flip horizontal the duplicate place the part of the tube your want to show in each of the end openings of the frame then using the same settings as above click inside each of the end openings them expand same as above then go to selection invert and click on each tube layer and hit delete selections select none

Open pumpkin copy & paste to your image and place on top of the middle frame opening

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed  and place so that they are on top of the frames

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open bird copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place in the middle of your mask

Open birdcage and copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle of your mask so that the top is at the top of your mask 

Open flower4 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your mask 

Open floor copy & paste to your image resize by 85% and place on the bottom of your mask

Open book and copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom right of your floor  

Open pillow copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on the bottom left corner of the book

Open table copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it above the pillow

Open image5 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and resize again by 50% and place it on the table

Open candle copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and resize again by 50% and place it on the table

Open glass copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and resize again by 59% and place it on the table

Open coatstand copy & paste to your image and place on the left side curtain

Open mask copy & paste to your image  resize by 50% dublicate x1 and place one in each corner of the top of the curtains

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place so that the cat is sitting on the pillow if you use this tube

 Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, flower, bird or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open jar and copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom left between your holywater and crystalball 

Open book copy & paste to your image and place it on top the the goblet

Open leaf1 copy & paste to your image and place it in the right top corner of your mask

Open flower3 copy & paste to your image and place it on top of the leaf

Open moon copy & paste to your image and place it on the top left corner of your mask

Open birds copy & paste to your image and place it on top of the moon

Open skulls&rose copy & paste to you image resize by 50% and place in the top middle of the frames

Open Skull copy & paste to you image resize by 50% and place in the bottom middle of the book

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image and move to the top of your image  Using your magic wand with the following settings

click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 5 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed  (I used 3 different tubes by the same artist in this tag) and place them under each of the frame openings then take your eraser tool and carefully erase the parts of the tube that are outside the frame Then go Effects Xero Porcelain and apply with the following setting

to each of the tubes in the frames.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place in the middle of the frames

 Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, skull, frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open e01 copy & paste to your image  and in the left bottom corner of your image

Open frame5 copy & paste to your image free rotate 90 degrees and place in the center of your image Take your magic wand with the following setting and click inside your frame opening and expand your selections with the following settings  Open paper9 copy & paste to your image and them hit selections invert then hit delete then selections none move this layer below your frame

Open veil copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of your frame opening

Open your tube of choice resize if needed and place on top of your frame

Open pillow2 copy & paste to your image duplicate x1  and place them side by side on the bottom of the frame

Open bottle copy & paste to your image   and place on the left side of the left pillow

Open lantern copy & paste to your image and place in the left corner of your frame

Open waterpot copy & paste to your image  and place so that the water part in on the right pillow

Open candle copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the right corner of your right pillow

Open crystalball copy & paste to your image and place next to your bottle

Open keys copy & paste to your image and place across the crystalball bottle and pillow

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, frame or anything you would like to!

 open paper1 copy & paste to your image click selections invert hit delete selections none move this layer below your frame

Open your tube of choice resize if needed and place in the middle of your mask now take your eraser tool and carefully erase any part of the tube that covers the bottom of the frame

Open Fuzzy trim1 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom below your frame

Open fuzzy trim2 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom below your frame slightly to the right of fuzzy trim1

Open rose2 copy & paste to your image and place it on your frame just above the flowers

Open rose3 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your frame just above the bottom curve

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, frame or anything you would like to!
