I am using a scrapkit called Stone Cold Style which is PTU by Gimptastic Scraps and can be found at The PSP Project here  

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice  I used WSL360 (Weescotlass)

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper 10 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  

Open EiffelTower copy & paste to your image and place on the left top on your mask

Open steps copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your mask

Open flower1 copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and place them side by side on the top right of your mask

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image move to the right top corner of your image so that a small part of the flowers still shows  Using your magic wand with the following settings click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper1 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized 125%)   Move this layer below your frame  Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click inside your frame go to selections invert and go to your tube layer and hit delete selections select none Change your tube layer to screen  Add a dropshadow of your choice to the frame layer

Open mirror copy & paste to your image and place it on top on the right of your eiffeltower

Open leaf copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left so that the stem is on the first step

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and place them at the bottom beside the first step beside each other and have on slightly higher that the other

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize if needed and place on the left side of your frame (I used 2 different dress colors that were available with this tube)

Open deco2 copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of your tube

Open nailpolish copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom step

Open lantern and copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the top step

Open bottle copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on the second step

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open 84 and copy & paste to your image 

Open 82 copy & paste to your image  

Open 104 copy & paste to your image and move it up slightly and to the left slightly (you can adjust when tag is done if needed)

Open 96 copy & paste to your image and place across the top of your mask

Open 45 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your blue mask in the middle

Open 107 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left of your mask

Open 105 copy & paste to your image and place on the right bottom of your mask

Open 108 copy & paste to your image and place on the left bottom of your mask

Open 29 copy & paste to your image and place on the top middle of your mask with it slightly off the mask

Open 103 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your masks

Open 105 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left of your masks

Open 106 copy & paste to your image and place on the top left of your mask

Open 22 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place in the bottom left corner of your mask

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed  and place on the right side of your image

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  This will give you a layered smokey look for your masks.

Open fence and copy & paste to your image and place it at the right of your mask Add a gradient glow with the following settings

Open flower1 copy & paste to your image and place on the right top on your mask

Open frame4 copy & paste to your image move to the left top corner of your image so that a small part of the flower still shows  Using your magic wand with the following settings 

click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper2 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

All of the next 3 steps are layers under your frame

Open wire copy & paste to your image and place inside your frame  Add a gladient glow with the same settings as above

Open skull copy & paste to your image and place inside your frame in the bottom left corner

Open veil copy & paste to your image and place in the top right corner of your frame

Now go back to your frame layer and add a gladient glow with the same settings as above

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not resize)   Move this layer below your frame  Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click anywhere on your 

image (make sure you are on your tube layer) then click selections invert selections float selections defloat 

Take you eraser tool and then click on your frame layer and erase any part of the frame that you want your tube to show then hit selection select none   

Open chalice copy & paste to your image and place it on top of the fence post

Open moon copy & paste to your image and place it in the top right corner of your frame

Open books copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom right side of your frame add gladient glow with the same setting used above

Open openbook copy & paste to your image and place it to the left of your books

Open keys copy & paste to your image and place them on the fingers of your tube (I used the eraser tool to erase part of the ring at the top to look like they are hanging on her fingers)

Open candle and copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your books

Open blood vial copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left corner of the fence post

Open flower3 copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of your image from the openbook to the fence Add gladient glow with the same settings as above

Open chain copy & paste to your image and place it on the left side on your frame

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open books copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of the globe so that the 2 top books are on the bottom of the globe

Open locker copy & paste to your image and place it on the right side of your mask

Open backpack2 copy & paste to your image resize by 51% and place it on the left bottom corner of your locker

Open alarmclock copy & paste to your image resize by 24% and place on top of the first locker

Open desk copy & paste to your image flip horizontal and place on the bottom of your mask beside your locker

Open apple3 copy & paste to your image resize by 31% and place on top of your desk

Open cup of tools copy & paste to your image resize by 22% and place on top of your desk

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed  and place on the right side of your image on the second locker

Open notebook copy & paste to your image resize by 34% and place on the bottom on the desk between the 2 legs

Open notebook3 copy & paste to your image resize by 29% and place on top of notebook

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open tree copy & paste to your image and place it on the right side of your flag so that the trunk of the tree is beside the flag part and the tree goes to the top of your image

Open sash copy & paste to your image and place it so that the left side of the sash is on the right corner of  your table

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image move it in the top right corner of your mask.  Using your magic wand with the following settings

 click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

#of pixels should be 11

Open paper 5 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not resize this tube)  Move this layer below your frame Take you eraser tool and erase any of the tubes that is not in the frame or you can do the same directions as for the paper inside the frame.  

Open bamboo2 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your frame so that the bottom is even with your mask bottom

Open banboo1 copy & paste to your image and place on top of bamboo2

Open birds copy & paste to your image and place in the right top corner of your image

Open flower3 copy & paste to your image and place the red flowers on the bottom of your bamboo

Open dragon copy & paste to your image and place in the right bottom corner of your image

Open your tube resize if needed (I resized 84%) Add a dropshadow of your choice to each tube

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open guitar copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your of your mask 

Open lavalamp copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your bottle just above your beads

Open frame2 copy & paste to your image move it above your wordart.  Using your magic wand with the following settings

click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 8 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube or tubes of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not have to resize and used 3 different tubes)  Move this layer below your frame Take you eraser tool and erase any of the tubes that is not in the frame. Merge your tube layers to one and duplicate x2 close off the original tube layer for now and move the other two to either side of the frame so that they cover the whole inside of the frame from end to end when you have them where you want these 2 layers merge then together and change the layer to overlay Now you can open your original tube layer.

Open heart copy & paste to your image and place in the left top corner of your frame

Open rollingpapers copy & paste to your image and place on top of frame2 between the heart and paper flower

Open your tube or tubes of choice resize if needed (I used 2 different tubes and didn't have to resize) Add a dropshadow of your choice to each tube

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open paper 6 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed   Position as you would like on the frame

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your frame1 so that the top of the rose is almost to the top of the frame

Open flowers4 and copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of frame1 so that the bottom of the flower is at the bottom of the frame

Open grass copy & paste to your image and place it just below the bottom of your mask

Open fence copy & paste to your image and place it just above your grass

Open boots copy & paste to your image and place them on the right end of your fence

Open butterfly copy & paste to your image resize by 71% and place on the top left of your fence 

Add a dropshadow of your choice  to your frame, tube and fence (or anything your want)

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none  Change the layer to multiply

Open hat copy & paste to your image and place on the right side bottom of your frame so that the front point of the has is slightly on the middle of this area of the frame

Open moon and copy & paste to your image and place on the top right of your frame between the 2 points 

so that the bottom of the moon is on the frame

Open pawn copy & paste to your image and place it so that it sits on the front point of your hat

Open queen copy & paste to your image and place it next to the pawn

Open mushroom copy & paste to your image duplicate and place them across the bottom of your image

Open mirror copy & paste to your image and place it in the top left corner of your mask Using your magic wand with the following settings click inside your the mirror Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed   Move this layer on top of your mirror and position it so that the part of the 

tube you want to show is inside the mirror then hit selections invert delete selection none change this layer to overlay

Open Oldbottle copy & paste to your image and place it on the right bottom on the end of the mushroom

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image and place in the middle right side next to your mirror handle

Open knife copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your frame

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 80%) and place on the left side of your mask between the frame and the mirror

Add a dropshadow of your choice  to your frame (or anything your want)

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
