Memories of the Past
I used the wonderful artwork called Betty Black by Michael Landefeld which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase this tube from CDO which can now be found here
I am using a awesome scrapkit called Things Remembered which is PTU by Gimptastic Scraps and can be found at PPW here
Font of Choice
Mask of Choice I used WSL364 which can be found here
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.
Let's get started!!
Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background. You can resize later to meet your needs. I resize at the end by 75% to get a 600 X 600 tag
Copy & paste paper9 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)
In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer
merge merge group.
Copy & paste paper2 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)
In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer
merge merge group. Resize this mask by 90%
Open frame3 copy & paste to your image and place at the top of your mask
Open ele7 copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom of your frame3
Open ele57 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right curve of your frame3
Open ele6 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right corner of the masks
Open ele33 copy & paste to your image and place under frame3
Open ele35 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side middle of your masks
Open ele8 copy & paste to your image and place on the right end of your blue ribbon
Open ele4 copy & paste to your image and place between your blue bottle and blue rose
Open ele16 copy & paste to your image and place on the left top of your masks
Open ele17 copy & paste to your image and place at the top of the radio
Open ele28 copy & paste to your image and place just below ele17 and slightly to the left Take your magic wand with the following setting and click inside ele28 Then go to selections contract and contract by 3 Open your tube and copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 resize as needed and place one on each side of ele28 leaving what you want to show inside the selection them hit selections invert then hit delete selections none
Open ele15 copy & paste to your image and place on the right end of the blue ribbon
Open ele3 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of ele15
Open ele55 copy & paste to your image and place on the top of ele3
Open ele53 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of the blue bottle
Open ele42 copy & paste to your image
Open ele21 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the right end top of the round box
Open ele13 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the left end top of the round box
Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place between the camera & phone
Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube or anything you would like to!
Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
