A Mother's Love
I used the wonderful artwork called Comfort by The Vintage Angel which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase this tube from CDO which can be found here 
I am using a beautiful scrapkit called Sweet Baby which is PTU by Gimptastic Scraps and can be found at CDO here 
Font of Choice 
Mask of Choice I used WeeScotslass WSL260 which can be found here
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
 Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!


Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.
Copy & paste paper6 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 140% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.
Open ele7 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your mask at the top
Open ele5 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your mask about 1/4 down from top
Open ele17 and copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner of the mask
Open ele16 copy & paste to your image and place in the top right corner Open ele13 copy & paste to your image and place it o the left side of your mask just under the wordart
Open ele3 copy & paste to your image and place the tassel on the bottom part of your bottle
Open ele12 copy & paste to your image and place on the right bottom of your mask
Open ele22 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of the heart
Open ele27 copy & paste to your image and place  the bottom of the handle on the top left of the heart
Open ele30 copy & paste to your image and place in between the ball of yarn and the hat on the left side
Open ele11 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right corner of your mask
Open frame2 copy & paste to your image Take your magic wand and click inside with the following setting and then go to selections modify expand with the following setting  Open paper5 copy & paste to your image and go to selection invert then hit delete (do not deselect)
Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place the part you want to show in the frame then hit delete
go to selection select none Add a dropshadow of vert 1 horiz 1 Opacity 55 blur 12 color black to the frame and the tube
Open ele23 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your frame

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

 can resize later to meet your needs. I resize at the end by 75% to get a 600 X 600 tag Copy & paste paper1 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.
Open ele10 copy & paste to your image and move it slightly down from the middle
Open ele2 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left corner of your mask
Open ele1 copy & paste to your image and place in the middle on the bottom of your mask
Open ele27 copy & paste to your image and place on the left so that the bottom part of the key is in middle of the mask
Open ele15 copy & paste to your image and place in the top right corner of the mask
Open ele5 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on top of your stump
Open ele13 copy & paste to your image and place so that the bottom of
the chain is in the middle bottom of the clock
Open ele25 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your stump
Open ele33 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of the stump
Open ele8 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of the mushroom
Open ele18 copy & paste to your image resize by 90% and place on the bottom of your tag
Open ele21 copy and paste to your image and place so that the top butterfly in on the top of your chain
Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right bottom of your image
Open ele31 copy & paste to your image and place on top of your grass
 Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube
Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open cele30 copy & paste to your image resize by 45% and place between the two leaves of cele20
Open cele46 copy & paste to your image and place on the left top of your mask
Open cele21 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner of your mask
Open cele12 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side so that the top of the tree is in the middle of the second leave
Open cele13 copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and on in the bottom left corner of your tag and one slightly higher so that it looks like the trees are larger (the snow on the second one is in the back of the first one)
Open cele11 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your green tree
Open cele8 copy & paste to your image resize by 45% and place on the left bottom corner of your tag
Open cele14 copy and paste to your image and place on the left side of the log
Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I placed on the present)
Open wor2 copy & paste to your image and place so that the curve is above your tube I changed the color to one in the tube but using the manual color correction under adjust.  Then I used candy eye 4000 gladient glow on width 3 soft corners 25 overall opacity 100 Draw only outside selection checked and under color fat was used
Close off your wordart layer & tube layer and merge visable the remaining layers and apply xero porcelain with the following settings to the merged layer.

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube
Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open ele3 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom right of your mask

Open ele7 copy & paste to your image and place on the top left of your mask

Open ele18 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your image

Open ele13 copy & paste to your image and place so that the bottom part is in the middle of the top of the free pumpkins sign

Open your tube of choice and resize as needed (I resized by 40%) and place on the bottom left next to the pumpkin sign

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube leaves butterflies or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
