Font of Choice
Mask of Choice I used WSL336 which can be found here
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
We will be making a forum set, tag & timeline set

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Tag
Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background. You can resize later to meet your needs. I resize at the end by 75% to get a 600 X 600 tag
Copy & paste paper6 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.
Open ele12 copy & paste to your image
Open ele7 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your mask
Open ele1 copy & paste to your image and move just slightly to the right
Open ele8 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom middle of the wagon wheel
Open ele11 copy & paste to your image and place the berries on the right middle of your snowballs
Open ele18 copy & paste to your image and place the bottom on top part of your snowballs
Open ele6 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of the window in the middle
Open ele14 copy & paste to your image and place across the bottom of the snowball
Open ele3 copy & paste to your image and place on the left shutter of your window
Open ele2 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your window
Open your tube of choice resize as needed and place on the left side of your window on the shutter
Open ele22 copy and paste to your image and place across the bottom of your mask
Open ele 17 copy and paste to your image and place at the bottom of your tube
Add your copyright and name of choice and you are finished your tag

Forum Set and Timeline Set
Open a new image 851 x 315
Open paper6 copy & paste to your image
Copy & paste paper5 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.
Open ele1 copy & paste to your image and move to the bottom so that only half is left and then move it slightly to the right
Open ele2 copy & paste to your image and move to the top of your image
Open ele12 copy & paste to your image and move all the way to the right so that only half is showing
Open ele22 copy & paste to your image and move to the bottom of the image
Open ele 18 copy & paste to your image and move just slightly to the right
Open your tube of choice resize as needed duplicate x1 and flip one of them horizontal
Place one on the left side of your image and change the layer to overlay
Place the other one on the right side of the image
Open wordart copy & paste to your image and resize by 50% and place next to the top left tube
Open a new layer and go to selections select all In selections again modifly Select selection border number 6 Go to your flood tool and pick a color from your image and floodfill your border Selection select none You can add noise to the border if your like
Add your copyrite and name of choice
Duplicate your image (shift d) and go to resize image and use the following to resize

This will make it the right size to use in a forum set

Avatar
Duplicate your timeline image shift d and take your crop tool set it for 180 x180 close your tube layer on the right and move the crop tool to the side getting the shutter and a small part of the window now open your tube back up and flip horizontal and place the flat edge of the tube against the window pane.
Open a new layer and go to selections select all In selections again modify Select selection border number 4 Go to your flood tool and pick a color from your image and floodfill your border Selection select none You can add noise to the border if your like
Add your copyright and name of choice
Duplicate your image (shift d) and go to resize image and make it 150 x 150 pixels This will make it the right size to use in a forum set

And now you have a complete set
