I used the wonderful artwork called Suzy Q by Angela Newman which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase his tubes from The PSP Project  which can   be found here  

I am using a scrapkit called Mishell which is PTU by Irish Princess Designs and can be found at The PSP Project here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper2 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group. 

Open element6 copy & paste to your image and place on the top in the middle of your image 

Open element69 copy & paste to your image 

Open element71 and copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom left of your mask  

Open element19 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left side of your mask

Open element80 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom of your mask

Open element93 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom right of your mask

Open element46 copy & paste to your image resize by 60% flip horizontal and place on the foam part of the sea spray

Open element51 copy & paste to your image  

Open element56 copy & paste to your image and place on top of element51

Open element24copy & paste to your image resize by 60% and place in the bottom left corner of your mask

Open element7 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right side of  your mask leaving some of the rocks showing 

Open element20 copy & paste to your image resize by 60% and place on the bottom middle slightly up from the bottom

 Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 60%) and place so that it look like she is climbing out of the chest

Open element67 copy & paste to your image resize by 60% and place on the bottom right of your image

Open element1 copy & paste to your image resize by 60% and place across the chest

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, chest or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open leave and leave4 copy & paste both to your image then merge down duplicate the merge layer and flip horizontal place on one the left side of your mask just slightly down from the middle and the other on the opposite side of the mask 

Open flower5 and copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom of your mask in the middle

Open acorn copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and place on each end of flower5

Open flower4 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left of your mask

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image and place in the top right of your mask

Open scarecrow copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your mask in the middle

Open cluster copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and flip the duplicate horizontal and place on each end of flower5

Open butterfly copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on flower2

Open scarecrow copy & paste to your image and place on the top left of your mask 

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right side of the scarecrow so that it covers the left arm

Open branch copy & paste to your image and place across the bottom of your tube

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, butterfly or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open frame1 copy & paste to your image move to the top of your mask take your magic wand using the following settings 

and click inside of your frame now hit selections modify expand with the following settings

Open paper 9 copy and paste to your image and hit selections invert delete move this layer under your frame do not deselect

Open your tube of choice copy & paste it to your image duplicate x1 and flip horizontal 1 of them and move it so that the part of the tube you wish to keep is situated in the frame with one in each opening then hit delete on each tube layer go to selection select none 

Open burningladder copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner of your mask

Open fire copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your mask

Open firehose copy & paste to your image  

Open cautiontape copy & paste to your image  

Open metaldrum copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on the bottom right of your mask

Open extinguisher copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left of your mask

Open helmet1 copy & paste to your image  resize by 50% and place on the left top corner of your frame

Open shovel copy & paste to your image and place on the right bottom beside your metaldrum 

Open firetruck copy & paste to your image  and place so that the from of the truck is on the bottom of the metaldrum

Open axe copy & paste to your image and place the bottom of the axe on the top of your rear wheel of the firetruck

Open brad copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right corner of your frame

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place in the middle of your image

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open e16 copy & paste to your image and place on the top right of your image so that the top leaf covers the middle of the ribbon

Open e25 copy & paste to your image  resize by 50% and place on above the rose slightly covering the top of the rose

Open e16 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% duplicate x1 and flip both horizontal place one on the left side of your green flower and on below the one you just placed slightly more to the left

Open e42 copy & paste to your image take your magic wand using the following settings

and click inside of your frame now hit selections modify expand with the following settings

Open paper 3 copy and paste to your image and hit selections invert delete move this layer under your frame do not deselect

Open your tube of choice copy & paste it to your image (I used the closeup for this part)  flip horizontal and move it so that the part of the tube you wish to keep is situated in the frame opening them hit delete go to selection select none  Using xero soft vignette with the following setting

apply to tube layer

Open e22 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% x2 and place on your bottle on the left side

Open e8 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% x2 and place beside your nail polish

Open e32 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the bottom left of your image 

Taking your magic wand with the settings above click inside the mirror part Open your tube of choice copy & paste it to your image move the part of the tube your want to show to inside the mirror than hit selections invert and then hit delete selections none

Open e35 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place under your vanity 

 Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right side of your image  

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open bird copy & paste to your image and perch on the basket2 top left

Open lantern copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your image

Open butterfly copy & paste to your image and place on the top in the flowers

Open chipmunk copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the grass in the right corner

Open frame9 copy & paste to your image move it in the top left corner so that the flowers frame it  Using your magic wand with the following settings click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 11 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not resize this tube)  Duplicate x3  Flip horizontal 2 of the copies Move all tube layer below your frame and arrange them so that they cover the inside of the frame When you have them all in place move each layer down so that your only have one layer with your tubes Take you eraser tool and erase any of the tubes that is not in the frame or you can do the same directions as for the paper inside the frame.  Change the tube layer to overlay

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right side of your image so that the squirrel is between her legs

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, bird or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  

Open leaves2 copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 flip horizontal the duplicate and place one in the middle of the top of the mask and the flipped on in the middle of the left side of the mask

Open flower1 and copy & paste to your image and place on the top of the flipped leaves top leaf

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image and place it beside the black rose and second leaves

Open moon copy & paste to your image and place it on the top right of your mask

Open frame2 copy & paste to your image Using your magic wand with the following settings 

click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 5 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open clouds copy and paste to your image and place across the middle of your paper under the frame

Open your tube or tubes of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed  Move this layer 

below your frame  Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click anywhere on your image 

(make sure you are on your tube layer) then click selections invert selections float selections defloat Take 

you eraser tool and then click on your frame layer and erase any part of the frame that you want your tube to 

show then hit selection select none 

Open ribbon copy & paste to our image and place it across the right top of your frame

Open moon copy & paste to your image and place it on the top right corner of your frame

Open orb copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle of the moon

Going back to your tube layer Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click anywhere on your image (make sure you are on your tube layer) then click selections invert selections float selections defloat Take you eraser tool and erase any part of the moon that is over your tube

Open key clock copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right corner of your frame

Open bottle copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left of your frame just slightly up from the bottom

Open ring copy & paste to your image and place on the middle part of your key

Open glitterdust copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 flip horizontal and place the first on on the right side of your frame and the flipped one on the left side of your frame

Open envelope copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom left of your frame

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, key, envelope and bottle

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open Tulleflower copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner of your frame

Open beads copy & paste to your image and place it across the top of your mask so that the end in at the right side of your mask

Open dragonfly copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle of your mask at the top

Open pillow copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle of your frame slightly down from the top

Open ribbon copy & paste to your image and move it up slightly

Open gem1 copy & paste to your image and place at the right end of your beads 

Open swan copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left corner of your frame (on the frame)

Open branch copy & paste to your image and place on top of your swan add a dropshadow of choice

Open leaf2 copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 flip the duplicate horizontal and place the first one in the middle of your frame and the flipped one in the middle of the right wall of your frame Add a dropshadow of choice to both

Open flower1 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom of your leaf2 

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your flipped leaf2

Open locket copy & paste to your image and place it in the top left corner of your mask open your tube of choice (I used the closeup of this tube) and copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and flip the duplicate horizontal place each one under each side of the locket leaving the part your want to keep in the glass areas go to your locket layer and using your magic want with the following setting 

click anywhere on your image and then go to each of the tube layers and click delete then click selections select none

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 129%) and place on the right side of your image Add a dropshadow of choice

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open tree copy & paste to your image and place it so that the top part of the tree in on the moon

Open rock copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom of your tree

Open scatter copy & paste to your image and place it from the bottom right of the paper to the tree

Open open book copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of your bottles

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image Using your magic wand with the following settings

 click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 9 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open clock copy and paste to your image and place in the top left corner of your paper under the frame

Open web copy and paste to your image move to the middle of your paper under the frame and then take your eraser tool and erase any part of the web showing outside of the frame

Open your tube or tubes of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed  Move this layer below your frame  Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click anywhere on your image (make sure you are on your tube layer) then click selections invert selections float selections defloat Take you 

eraser tool and then click on your frame layer and erase any part of the frame that you want your tube to show then hit selection select none 

Add a dropshadow of your choice to your frame

Open lightening copy and paste to your image and place the top of the lightening in the middle of your star

Open spider copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on top of your open book

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
