Happy New Year

I used the wonderful poser called Carrie by Designs by Norella which you must be licensed to use. You can 

purchase her tubes from PicForDesign which can now be found here

I am using a  FTU scrapkit called Bling in the New Year which can be found at Toni Scraparoni blog here.

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice I used WSL6  these masks are Here 

Plug in used was Xero Porcelain and Candyeye4 gladient glow

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper 10 from the scrapkit onto your new image  and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group.  Resize by 112%

Open firework3 and copy & paste to your image and place it at the top right of your mask  

duplicate then move the duplicate to the bottom left of your mask

Open doodle5 copy & paste to your image resize by 87% and place at the bottom middle on your mask

Open frame1 copy & paste to your image resize by 76% take your magic wand using the following settings

 and click inside of your frame expand your selections with the following setting

Open paper 6 copy and paste to your image  and hit selections invert delete move this layer under your frame do not deselect

Open your tube of choice copy & paste it to your image resize if need ( I resized 45%) and move it so that the part of the tube you wish to keep is situated in the frame opening them hit delete go to selection select none go to effects xero procelain and apply with the following settings

Open ribbon1 copy & paste to your image and place top edge of the ribbon on the top left edge of your frame  

Open bow2 copy & paste to your image and place it in the top left corner of your frame

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized 20%) and place it on the right side of your frame  

Open champagne2 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left of your frame

Open champagne1 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left of your frame next to champagne2

Open wordart4 copy & paste to your image  place it at the bottom of your frame go to effects candyeye4 gladient glow and apply with the following settings

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

merge merge group.  

Open flower5 and copy & paste to your image and place it at the top of your mask apply xero Porcelain with the following settings (if you don't have just skip or play around with another plugin)

duplicate then flip horizontal and place both side by side at the top middle of the mask

Open rainbow copy & paste to your image and place on the right top on your mask

Open frame5 copy & paste to your image and move it slightly to the left take your magic wand using the following settings and click inside of your frame

 expand your selections with the following setting

Open paper 8 copy and paste to your image move if need so that it covers the inside of your frame and hit 

selections invert delete move this layer under your frame do not deselect

Open your tube of choice copy & paste it to your image and move it so that the part of the tube you wish to keep is situated in the frame opening them hit delete go to selection select none Go to effects xero porcelain and apply the same as above

Open cake copy & paste to your image and place it on the right side of your frame go to effects xero procelain and apply the same as above

Open ribbon copy & paste to your image and place it so that the bow part is on the middle left of your frame

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized 73%) and place it on the right  side of your frame over the right side of the cake

Open bear copy & paste to your image resize by 51% and place it on the bottom left of your frame

Open butterfly5 copy & paste to your image resize by 51%  free rotate with the following settings 

and place it at the top of your ribbon

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open star scatter  and copy & paste to your image move it around to where you think it looks best them take your eraser tool and erase the one too far off the tag

Open ccbranch copy & paste to your image and place it on the right side of the mask

Open cc candle copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom right side of the mask

Open cc deco tree copy and paste to your image place at the bottom left of your mask

Open cc cluster copy and paste to you image and place it across the bottom of your mask

Open cc glitter copy and paste to your image  place at the bottom of your mask

Open cc gingerbread man copy & paste to your image resize by 37% and place on the top of your candle below the wick

Open cc gingerbread angel copy & paste to your image resize by 31% and place on the left side of your cc 

cluster

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 71%) and place her leaning on the candle  (or wherever your tube of choice looks best)

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open santa sign copy & paste to your image and place santa between your branches

Open present copy and paste to your image resize by 81%  place at the bottom left of your mask

Open moose copy and paste to you image resize by 36% and place it on the top of your present on the right 

edge

Open santa snack copy and paste to your image resize by 36% place at the bottom right top of your present next to the ribbon

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 20%) and sit her on top of the present

Open stocking copy and paste to your image resize by 36% and hang it off the heel of her shoe

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

Open lights copy & paste to your image  and place on the  top on your mask   

Open Ribbon copy & paste to your image  see tag for placement

Open Candycaneplant copy & paste to your image  and place in the middle of your mask on the right

Open Bell1 copy & paste to your image  and place on the  top left on your mask      

Open SantaBag copy & paste to your image  and place beside your Candycaneplant

Open candle copy & paste to your image  and place on the bottom right of your mask

Open cat copy & paste to your image resize by 48%  and place on the left side of your candle

Open baby reindeer2 copy & paste to your image resize by 63% and place at the top between your tree 

and bell 

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized 75%)  and place her 

in between the mug and cat

Add your copyrights and name of choice  resize the image to your liking and you are finished!!

Open snowflake1 and copy & paste to your image and move it slightly to the right so that it is slightly off the 

mask

Open snowflake4 copy & paste to your image and place on the left top on your mask

Open cog2 copy & paste to your image resize by 34%  and place on the righthand top on your mask

Open cog4 copy & paste to your image  resize by 34% and place it beside cog2

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image  resize by 61% and place it in the right top of your mask so that 

some of snowflake4 shows above it (see tag)

Open paper 9 copy & paste to your image and move this layer below your frame Taking your magic wand 

using the following setting 

click in the middle of your frame and click selections expand selections using the 

following settings 

 click selections invert highlight your paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard so that 

only the part of the paper inside the frame remains  

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 61%) and position the 

face part of your tube in the center of the frame move this layer below the frame.Taking your magic wand 

using the same setting click in the middle of your frame and click selections expand selections using the 

same setting as above  click selections invert highlight your tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard so 

that only the part of the tube inside the frame remains Change this layer to Darken

Open candle2 copy & paste to your image and resize by 46% and place on the lefthand side of your mask  

just below the frame 

Open tree1 copy & paste to your image and resize by 76% and place on the right side of your frame  

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize by 20% (or size needed)  and place her in 

front of the tree

Open ornament3 copy & paste to your image resize by 20%  and place on one of the branches of your tree

Open ornament2 copy & paste to your image resize by 20%  and place on one of the branches of your tree

Add your copyrites and name of choice  resize the image to your liking and you are finished!!
