Waiting in Silence PTU

Waiting in Silence
I used the wonderful artwork called Reine by Nocturne which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase this tube from PicsForDesign which can now be found here
I am using a awesome scrapkit called Silent Secret which is PTU by Creative Crazy Scraps and can be found at CCS here
Font of Choice
Mask of Choice I used WSL220 which can be found here
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs. I resize at the end by 75% to get a 600 X 600 tag
Copy & paste paper4 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)  In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.
Open element23 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side top of your mask
Open element22 copy & paste to your image and place to the left of your first flower
Open element25 copy & paste to your image and place so that the first set of leaves are in the middle top of your mask
Open element59 copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of your first flower
Open element58 copy & paste to your image and place between the flower you just placed and the leaves on the right
Open element51 copy & paste to your image and place on the very tip of the leave furthest to the left
Open element41 copy & paste to your image and place to the left of the flower you just placed
Open element27 copy & paste to your image and move up just slightly
Open element46 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left of your mask
Open element60 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right of your mask
Open element42 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left corner of your mask so that the flowers show above the roof
Open element18 copy & paste to your image and place in the top right corner so the that the flowers frame the outside add a dropshadow with the same settings above
Open element31 copy & paste to your image and place so that the top starts at the four on the clock
Open element5 copy & paste to your image and place across the bottom of your mask
Open element48 copy & paste to your image and place across the bottom of your mask
Open element42 copy & paste to your image and place across the clock
Open element44 copy & paste to your image and move down slightly
Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed Add a dropshadow of vertical - 1 horizontal 1 Opacity - 55 blur - 12 color black
Open element9 copy & paste to your image and place in the middle bottom of your mask
Open element57 copy & paste to your image and place next to the feather
Open element 16 copy & paste to your image and place between cup & feather
Open element24 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place in the bottom right corner of your image
If your would like to change it up you can hide all the layers from the top to the tube layer and then merge visible the remaining layers and add a effect to the layer I added xero porcelain with the following settings

I then hide this layer opened up all the layers above the tube but not the tube merge visible and added the same settings to that layer Then open up your bottom & tube layers

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!

I hope you liked this tut and please let me know it anything is not correct. Thank you.

Be Creative as you want!
