I used the wonderful poser called Tina by Designs by Norella which you must be licensed to use. You can 

purchase her tubes from PicsforDesign  which can now be found here

I am using a scrapkit called Christmas in Pink  which is FTU  and can be found at Creative Misfits Blog here

Font of Choice  I used  Fangtasia

Mask of Choice I used Vix BigMask 018

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that

pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting

it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for 

placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper 6 from the scrapkit onto your new image  and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group.   

Open tree and copy & paste to your image and place it on the middle left of your mask.

Open candycane copy & paste to your image resize by 71% and place in the right top of your mask

Open candle decor and copy & paste to your image and place it in hte middle right side of mask

Open branch copy & paste to your image  duplicate the layer and flip the copy horizontal place them next to each other at the top of your mask leaving a space between them

Open santa sign copy & paste to your image and place santa between your branches

Open present copy and paste to your image resize by 81%  place at the bottom left of your mask

Open moose copy and paste to you image resize by 36% and place it on the top of your present on the right 

edge

Open santa snack copy and paste to your image resize by 36% place at the bottom right top of your present next to the ribbon

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 20%) and sit her on top of the present

Open stocking copy and paste to your image resize by 36% and hang it off the heel of her shoe

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
