I am using a beautiful scrapkit called Magical Moments which is PTU by Crazy Creative Scraps and can be found at CCS here

Mask of Choice I used DBV mask72 which can be found here
Effects used - xero porcelain
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.
Let's get started!!
Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background. You can resize later to meet your needs.
Copy & paste paper2 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)
In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer
merge merge group.
Open ele21 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your mask at the bottom just to the left of the middle
Open ele25 copy & paste to your image and place so that the stem is in the middle of the rose at the top
Open ele6 and copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left of your mask
Open ele20 copy & paste to your image and place it on the top middle of your mask
Open ele35 copy & paste to your image and place it o the right side of your mask in the middle
Open ele34 copy & paste to your image and place it between the rose and the top flower just slightly to the left
Open ele11 copy & paste to your image
Open ele46 copy & paste to your image and place on the top right of your image
Open wor1 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left of your image
Open ele2 copy & paste to your image and place on the left in the middle of your mask
Open ele53 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side on your mask so that it covers the end of the branch on the lantern
Open ele27 copy & paste to your image and place on your tree where the leaves start
Open ele40 copy & paste to your image and move slightly to the left
Open ele21 copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom of the castle towers
Open ele36 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place so that the strings are attached to the word magical in your wordart
Open ele18 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your mask
Open ele38 copy & paste to your image and place so that it starts on the rose at the bottom of the castle towers
Open ele23 copy & paste to your image and place just below ele38
Open ele24 copy & paste to your image and place so that it ends at the bottom of your fern leaves
Open ele55 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the top of the birdhouse
Open ele44 copy & paste to your image and place at the top of your fern leaves
Open ele52 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place at the bottom of your castle towers
Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your image
Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube bird or anything you would like to!
Go to layers and merge visible and then go to effect xero porcelain and apply the following
You can skip this step if your wish!
Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
