Looking for Love
I used the wonderful artwork called Noella by Chris Pastel which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase her tubes from The PSP Project which can now be found here
I am using a beautiful scrapkit called Love Birds by Tasha's Playground which can be purchased at The PSP Project here
Font of Choice I used Beautiful every Time
Mask of Choice I used Weescotslass WSL51 & WSL281 these masks are Here
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.
Let's get started!!
Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background. You can resize later to meet your needs.
Copy & paste paper 11 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (I used WSL281) (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)
In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer
merge merge group.
Open doodle copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and place one on the right of your mask and one on the left of your mask
Copy & paste paper6 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (I used WSL51) (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)
In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer
merge merge group.
Open hearts and copy & paste to your image
Open birdcage2 copy & paste to your image and place it so that the hanger is just to the right of the center of your heart mask
Open branch copy & paste to your image and place it on the across the top of your masks
Open heart3 copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle right side of your masks
Open hanger copy & paste to your image resize by 75% and place it on the right side of your branch just a little from the end of it so that it looks like it is hanging off the branch
Open flowers copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom left side of your mask
Open frame1 copy & paste to your image Using your magic wand with the following settings
click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings
Open paper 7 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move this layer below your frame.
Open your tube or tubes of choice and copy & paste to your image rsize as needed (I resized by 75%) duplicate x1 and flip one of the copies horizontal place one r of your frame then turn off this layer for now and the flipped one in the second frame move layer down so that in the left frame and one in the right frame the head is showing behind the frame Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click inside each of the frames and follow the same directions as for the paper above except when you go to delete highlight one tube layer than hit delete and then the other tube layer hit delete all that is left is the part of the tube inside the frame Change the layer to luminance on each of the tube layers.
Open flower4 copy & paste to your image and place it on the left end of your branch
Open bird3 & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it in the center of the pink heart
Open bird2 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on your branch above the hanger
Open bird1 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on top of your left frame
Open sparkles copy & paste to your image
Open your tube of choice resize as needed (I resized by 75%) and place it over the middle frame Add a dropshadow of choice
Open border copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of your frame
Open label2 copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of your tube
Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
