I used the wonderful artwork called Flower Queen by Alena Lazareva which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase her tubes from The PSP Project  which can now be found here  

I am using a scrapkit called V is for Valentine which is PTU by Sam's Scraps and can be found at The PSP Project here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper  4 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layermerge merge group.  Resize by 115%

Open pearly leaf copy & paste to your image and place on the top left of your mask

Open fabic flower3 copy & paste to your image and place in the top right of your mask

Open frame3 and copy & paste to your image resize by 40%  Take your magic wand with the following setting

 and click inside your frame click selections expand with with following settings

 open paper1 copy & paste to your image click selections invert hit delete selections none move this layer below your frame

Open your tube of choice resize if needed and place in the middle of your mask now take your eraser tool and carefully erase any part of the tube that covers the bottom of the frame

Open Fuzzy trim1 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom below your frame

Open fuzzy trim2 copy & paste to your image and place it on the bottom below your frame slightly to the right of fuzzy trim1

Open rose2 copy & paste to your image and place it on your frame just above the flowers

Open rose3 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your frame just above the bottom curve

Open rose1 copy & paste to your image and place above rose3

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
