Easter Babe
I used the wonderful artwork by Keith Garvey which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase this tube from Garv Girls which can now be found here
I am using a awesome scrapkit called Spring into Easter which is FTU by Spirits & Scraps and can be found here
Font of Choice
Plugins used xero porcelain
Mask of Choice I used Weescotlass WSL241 which can be found here (on the right side)
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.
