When Darkness Falls

I used the wonderful artwork called Serpientia by Alehandra Vanhek which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase this tube from PicsForDesign which can now be found here  

I am using a awesome scrapkit called Dark Beginnings which is PTU by Creative Crazy Scraps and can be found at CCS here  

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice I used GemsMasks 192 which can be found here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs. I resize at the end by 75% to get a 600 X 600 tag

Copy & paste paper9 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group.

Open element17 copy & paste to your image and place at the top left of your mask 

Open Element34 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom middle of your mask add a dropshadow of vert10 horiz10 opacity50 blur5 color black

Open Element40 copy & paste to your image and place so that the top of the candle is above the clock between the 1 & 2

Open Element6 copy & paste to your image and move slightly to the left

Open Element27 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner just below the tower

Open Element23 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of the tower add a dropshadow of vert10 horiz10 opacity50 blur5 color black

Open Element37 copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of the tower

Open Element26 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of the purple leave

Open Element36 copy & paste to your image and place on the top part of the rose

Open element24 copy & paste to your image and place between the rose and the other flower on the top part of the leave

Open element30 copy & paste to your image and place on top of the other flowers

Open element20 copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left corner and free rotate by 21 right

Open element11 copy & paste to your image and place in the right top corner of your mask

Open element13 copy & paste to your image and place just below element 11

Open element18 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right corner of your image

Open element25 copy & paste to your image and place between the dark clouds and the feather on the right of your image

Open element39 copy & paste to your image and place on the top right of the tower and free rotate by 21 left

Open your tube of choice copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right side of your image add a dropshadow of vert10 horiz10 opacity50 blur5 color black

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
