One my Way to Route 66

I used the wonderful artwork called Wishful Thinking by gIO which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase her tubes from The PSP Project which can now be found here

I am using a scrapkit called Boy Loves Girl by Amy Marie which is PTU  and can be purchased at The PSP Project here.

Font of Choice I used Aspire

Mask of Choice I used Weescotslass WSL218 these masks are Here 

Plugins used was xero soft vignette

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper 6 from the scrapkit onto your new image  and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the pop up. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  

Open 63 and copy & paste to your image and place it at the top left of your mask.

Open 11 copy & paste to your image  resize by 57% and place it at the top of your road take your magic wand using the following settings

 and click inside of your heart expand your selections with the following setting

Open paper 10 copy and paste to your image ( make sure the paper covers the inside of your hearts) and hit selections invert delete move this layer under your frame do not deselect

Open your tube of choice (I used 2 different ones that came with the tube) copy & paste it to your image resize if need ( I resized 77%) and move it so that the part of the tube you wish to keep is situated in the heart opening them hit delete repeat for other heart opening then go to selection select none  

Open 43 copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle so the the small rose is touching the second heart duplicate x1 and flip horizontal and place it on the right side of your mask so that the top small rose is off the mask

Open 8 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side on your mask at the top of your mask so that the top rose in touching the heart

Open 52 copy & paste to your image and place it on the left over the roses

 Open 65 copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom right side of your mask

Open 31 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of the jukebox

Open 98 copy & paste to your image and place it in the bottom left corner of your image

Open 37 copy & paste to your image resize by 57% and place it so that it hangs below the hearts

Open 22 copy & paste to your image and place it at the bottom of your road

Go to layers click on a layer and merge layers visible you should have this as a layer

Go to effects xero soft vignette and apply the following settings (if you don't have this plugin you can leave as is or play around with the others)

 Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 77%)  and place between the car and the jukebox  add a dropshadow of your choice

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
