I used the wonderful artwork called Envy by Lidia Misfit which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase her tubes from The PSP Project which can  be found here

I am using a awesome scrapkit called Envy by Gimptastic Scraps which can be purchased at The PSP Project here

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice I used Vix Big Mask 15

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper 2 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice.  (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  

Open mesh copy & paste to your image and place one on the bottom of your mask

Open bricks and copy & paste to your image  

Open wire copy & paste to your image and place it so that it sits on the left of your bricks

Open lightbeam copy & paste to your image and place it on the top left of your mask

Open path copy & paste to your image and place it across the bottom of your image

Open toxicdrum copy & paste to your image and place it so that it sits in the curve of your path

Open snake copy & paste to your image and place it on the left side on your path

Open heart copy & paste to your image and place in the middle top of your mask

Open WA copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your heart so that the y is next to the stitches on your heart

Open Pills copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your mask

Open mushroom copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom middle of your image

Open deco2 copy & paste to your image and place in the right top corner of your image

Open books copy & paste to your image and place on the left of your pills

Open frame6 copy & paste to your image move it to the right side of your image  Using your magic wand with the following settings 

click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 8 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube or tubes of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 73%)  Move this layer below your frame  Using your magic wand with the same setting as above click anywhere 

on your image (make sure you are on your tube layer) then click selections invert selections float selections defloat Take you eraser tool and then click on your frame layer and erase any part of the frame that you want your tube to show then hit selection select none 

Add a dropshadow of your choice  to your wa, frame and snake (or anything your want)

 Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
