Autumn is a Beautiful Thing

I used the wonderful artwork called Autumn by Angie Monasterio which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase her tubes from The PSP Project which can be found here  

I am using a scrapkit called Woodland Harmony which is PTU by A Taggers Scrap and can be found at The PSP Project here  

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice  WSL 302 (Weescotlass) which can be found here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper6 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

Copy & paste paper4 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

Open berries and copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your masks

Open leafscatter2 copy & paste to your image and place on top of the berries

Open flower5 copy & paste to your image and place in on the top of your mask slightly to the right from the middle

Open flower4 copy & paste to your image and place it on the left of flower5 so they overlap

Open flower3 copy & paste to your image and place it on the left of flower4 so they overlap

Open flower2 copy & paste to your image and place it below flower3 so they overlap

Open flower6 copy & paste to your image and place it on the right of flower2 with an overlap

Open branch copy & paste to your image flip horizontal and move it down slightly

Open flowers3 copy & paste to your image and place in the top right corner of your mask

Open wagonwheel2 copy & paste to your image and place it so that the left top of the wheel touches flower6

Open basketofflowers copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right corner of your mask  

Open flower1 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom right of your image

Open grass copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your mask

Open leaves2 copy & paste to your image  and place on the bottom of your grass

Open fox copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place in the left top corner of your image so that part of the flower3 shows

Open apple copy & paste to your image and place in between cinnamon and right wagon wheel on the bottom

Open wheat copy & paste to your image and place in the right top corner of your image

Open watering can copy & paste to your image and place on the right wagon wheel

Open squirrel copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the grass in the middle of your wagonwheel

Open basket2 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left on your image

Open bird copy & paste to your image and perch on the basket2 top left

Open lantern copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your image

Open butterfly copy & paste to your image and place on the top in the flowers

Open chipmunk copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place on the grass in the right corner

Open frame9 copy & paste to your image move it in the top left corner so that the flowers frame it  Using your magic wand with the following settings click inside your frames and expand your selections with the following settings

Open paper 11 copy and paste to your image - go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections select none Move this layer below your frame.

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I did not resize this tube)  Duplicate x3  Flip horizontal 2 of the copies Move all tube layer below your frame and arrange them so that they cover the inside of the frame When you have them all in place move each layer down so that your only have one layer with your tubes Take you eraser tool and erase any of the tubes that is not in the frame or you can do the same directions as for the paper inside the frame.  Change the tube layer to overlay

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place on the right side of your image so that the squirrel is between her legs

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, bird or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
