Call 911

I used the wonderful artwork by Ted Hammond which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase his tubes from CDO which can now be found here  

I am using a scrapkit called Firefighter which is PTU by Gimptastic Scraps and can be found at The PSP Project here

Mask of Choice  WSL84 (Weescotlass) which can be found here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper7 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group.  

Open brokenglass and copy & paste to your image  

Open frame1 copy & paste to your image move to the top of your mask take your magic wand using the following settings 

and click inside of your frame now hit selections modify expand with the following settings

Open paper 9 copy and paste to your image and hit selections invert delete move this layer under your frame do not deselect

Open your tube of choice copy & paste it to your image duplicate x1 and flip horizontal 1 of them and move it so that the part of the tube you wish to keep is situated in the frame with one in each opening then hit delete on each tube layer go to selection select none 

Open burningladder copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner of your mask

Open fire copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your mask

Open firehose copy & paste to your image  

Open cautiontape copy & paste to your image  

Open metaldrum copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place it on the bottom right of your mask

Open extinguisher copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left of your mask

Open helmet1 copy & paste to your image  resize by 50% and place on the left top corner of your frame

Open shovel copy & paste to your image and place on the right bottom beside your metaldrum 

Open firetruck copy & paste to your image  and place so that the from of the truck is on the bottom of the metaldrum

Open axe copy & paste to your image and place the bottom of the axe on the top of your rear wheel of the firetruck

Open brad copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right corner of your frame

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place in the middle of your image

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
