Selfies

I used the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase these tubes from Garv Girls PSP Tubes which can now be found here  

I am using a awesome scrapkit called Sassy Selfie which is PTU by Gimptastic Scraps and can be found at The PSP Project here  

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice I used WeeScotslass WSL228 which can be found here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper8 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 150% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load) In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer merge merge group. 

Open webcam copy & paste to your image and place on the right side of your mask just slightly from the middle

Open monitor copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom of your mask on the left

Open flower3 and copy & paste to your image and place it in the middle top of your mask

Open makeupbrush copy & paste to your image and place in the middle of your monitor

Open lipstick copy & paste to your image and place it next to your makeupbrush

Open nailpolish copy & paste to your image and place it in front of your makeupbrush

Open mascara copy & paste to your image and place on the left of your nailpolish

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place in the top left corner of your mask

Take your magic wand with the following settings 

and click inside your frame then go to selections modify expand with the following settings

  Open paper4 copy & paste to your image make sure the inside of the frame in covered with the paper Go to selections invert then hit delete move this paper below your frame  Now take your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place the part of the tube you want to show in the circle and then hit delete move this tube layer below your frame hit selections select none

Open frame2 and repeat all the directions above except use paper6 and you can use the same tube or a different one but remember must be from the same artist

Open frame5 and repeat all the same directions as above with the other frames except click inside all 3 frame openings and only expand 3 use paper9 and I used 2 different tubes to fill the areas.

Open cellphone copy & paste to your image and place in between your circle frame and 3 tier frame

Open bubbles copy & paste to your image and place so that the top bubble covers the tube in the circle heart 

Open glitter copy & paste to your image and place the top part across the bottom of your circle frame

Open star copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom right of your tier frame

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place  on the right side of your image on the left of the star

Open camera copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom of your tube (I used a tube with only half of the legs)

Open flash copy & paste to your image and place on top of your camera

Open tag copy & paste to your image and place below your circle frame

Open Ohyeah copy & paste to your image and place below your white frame

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube frames or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
