Urban Living

I am using a awesome scrapkit called Urban Chic which is PTU by Abstract Creations and can be found at The PSP Project here
Font of Choice
Mask of Choice I used WeeScotslass WSL221 which can be found here
The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.
Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.
Let's get started!!
Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background. You can resize later to meet your needs.
Copy & paste paper7 from the scrapkit onto your new image resize by 120% and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)
In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer
merge merge group.
Open e37 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left corner of your mask
Open e44 copy & paste to your image and place at the bottom of your mask on the left
Open e26 and copy & paste to your image duplicate and place one on the bottom of the star and one just below the first one and to the left
Open e33 copy & paste to your image and place in the bottom left corner of the mask
Open f1 copy & paste to your image resize by 75% and place in the top left corner of your mask so that the top part of the buildings show Take your magic wand with the following settings
and click inside your frame then go to selections modify expand with the following settings
Open paper2 copy & paste to your image make sure the inside of the frame in covered with the paper Go to selections invert then hit delete move this paper below your frame Now take your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed and place the part of the tube you want to show in the circle and then hit delete move this tube layer below your frame hit selections select none
Open e48 copy & paste to your image and place on the left side of your frame in the middle
Open e16 copy & paste to your image and place in the right bottom corner of your mask
Open e21 copy & paste to your image and place on the right side bottom of your mask
Open e43 copy & paste to your image and place between the bottle & your frame
Open e19 copy & paste to your image resize by 50% and place in the middle of the left side of your frame
Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube frames or anything you would like to!
Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
