Winter Fairy

I used the wonderful artwork called Winter Frost by Carrie Hall which you must be licensed to use. You can purchase this tube from The PSP Project  which can now be found here  

I am using a beautiful scrapkit called Violet Winter which is PTU by Tasha's Playground and can be found at The PSP Project here  

Font of Choice  

Mask of Choice I used WeeScotslass WSL218 which can be found here

The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others.

Note When I resize I use these settings: (make sure that pixel dimensions is on percent and in advanced setting it is smart size lock aspect ratio is checked and resize all layers is unchecked) also please save often and for placement on the tag you can always refer to the example tag if that helps.

Let's get started!!

Open a new image 800 X 800 pixels with a transparent background.  You can resize later to meet your needs.

Copy & paste paper5 from the scrapkit onto your new image and apply your mask of choice. (Click layers, load save mask, make sure fit to canvas, source luminance and hide all mask is checked then click load)

In layers right click on mask hit delete and answer yes to the popup. Now right click on group layer

merge merge group. 

Open flower circle copy & paste to your image and place at the top of your mask on the left

Open wheel and copy & paste to your image and place on the bottom left of your mask

Open tree copy & paste to your image and place on the top right of your mask

Open frame3 copy & paste to your image  Take your magic wand with the following setting 

and click inside the frame and go to selections modify expand with the following settings 

Open paper4 copy & paste to your image and place the part of the paper you want to use inside the frame then hit selections invert delete move the paper below your frame

Open lights copy & paste to your image and place across the top of the frame

Open flower4 copy & paste to your image and place in the top left corner of the mask

Open your tube of choice and copy & paste to your image resize as needed (I resized by 75%) and place  so that she is on the bottom of the frame

Open tree2 copy & paste to your image and place on the right of your frame

Open snowflakes copy & paste to your image and place in the top left of your image

Open branch copy & paste to your image duplicate x1 and place them across the bottom of your frame and tube

Open snowflake1 copy & paste to your image and on the top part of your frame

Open leaves copy & paste to your image and place across the top of your mask

Open lantern copy & paste to your image resize by 75% and place on the left side of your mask at the bottom

Add a dropshadow of choice to your tube frame or anything you would like to!

Add your copyrights and name of choice and you are finished!!
